When will my order be shipped: Everything we make is cut to order. Please give us 7-12 business days to cut & make each piece. Once your order is ready you will receive an email confirmation with tracking info. During high peak seasons we do notice delays with USPS. If you want to make sure you receive an item for a specific date please directly communicate with us so we can make sure we prepare your goods on time for a holiday or occasion. 

Shipping Method: We use USPS Shipping for all of our Domestic & International packages. We also can provide a tracking number for international packages for an additional charge.
